About Us
Neighborhood Association - Martinsburg Ward 2 is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer community organization which formed in 2015. Our purpose is to provide an organized framework to promote, preserve and enhance the quality of life in the Ward 2 neighborhood of Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Our small, growing organization, has sponsored neighborhood clean-ups, supported other local charities, conducted community surveys and neighborhood inventories, initiated neighborhood beautification projects, and provided a forum for citizens to engage with city officials on matters of community interest.

We meet monthly on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in Immanuel's House at 713 Buxton Street. If you prefer to attend via Zoom, a link is provided upon request. Monthly meetings include a formal business meeting and special presentations when scheduled. Come share your ideas and concerns!
